Privacy policy
How VuDream handles information when you browse, contact us, or purchase digital files.
Information we use
We store your sign-in identifier, name and email, order details, purchased file permissions, support messages and newsletter preferences. Passwords are stored only as salted, one-way hashes. We do not store card numbers.
Why we use it
We use account and order information to process purchases, verify payment, deliver files, provide receipts, prevent abuse and respond to support requests. Newsletter registration is optional and requires your consent.
Service providers
The hosting and storage providers process store records and digital files. The configured payment provider processes payment information under its own policy. The email service sends receipts and studio messages. We share information needed to provide these services; we do not sell customer information.
Cookies and retention
An essential shopping-bag cookie stores a random identifier. Authentication uses essential, HTTP-only session cookies. We do not include advertising trackers. We retain order records for accounting, support and applicable legal requirements, and retain file access records while downloads remain available.
Your choices
Contact the studio to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal from marketing. Some transaction information may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. The rights available to you depend on applicable law.
