Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases and use of the VuDream store. Product-specific license terms also apply.
Digital products only
All products are downloadable digital assets. No physical goods are shipped. Review each product’s description, formats, included files, compatibility and license before purchasing. Preview renders are illustrative; included files are described on the product page.
Accounts and purchases
Use accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in account secure. You are responsible for purchases you authorize. A checkout redirect is not proof of payment: file access begins only after the store verifies the provider’s payment confirmation.
Prices and payment
Store prices are in USD. Any applicable taxes or adjustments must be disclosed by the configured checkout before you authorize payment. Payment providers process transactions under their own terms.
Delivery and access
Paid orders appear in your account with authenticated download links. Downloads are personal to the purchasing account and may be repeated while the files remain available. Contact us if a file is unavailable or does not match its description.
Intellectual property
Buying a digital asset grants the stated usage license; it does not transfer copyright. You must not share, redistribute, sublicense or resell source files unless the product license expressly permits it.
Service changes and your rights
We may update the store or these terms prospectively. Changes do not remove rights already granted with a purchase. Nothing here limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
