Refund policy
We want your purchase to work as described. Contact the studio if there is a problem with your digital files.
When something is wrong
If files are missing, corrupted, duplicated in error or materially different from their description, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and offer an appropriate repair, replacement or refund, subject to your statutory rights.
Before you purchase
Check the formats, software compatibility, license and included files. Contact us before purchasing if you need clarification. Please do not send passwords or full card details in a support request.
Change of mind
Digital download rights vary by jurisdiction. Downloading does not automatically remove all refund rights. Where a withdrawal exception requires express consent and acknowledgment, it applies only when those requirements have been met.
Refund handling
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider. Processing times depend on that provider. Once an order is refunded, its download permission is revoked; any use of previously downloaded files remains subject to applicable law and license terms.
